Altogether, this gives children a chance to learn morals and values that align with Indonesian society, giving them an edge in cultural and ethnic understanding.

Teaching System

Students have a long day starting from 6:55 until 14:50 that is full of classes. Courses range from mathematics, Bahasa Indonesian, English, to even Japanese. Students are separated into different classes per grade, with these classes being based on individual achievement levels. In the 7th grade, this was classes A-F. By the performance of each class, classes are split into different amounts of time to give each student the ample support they need. Periods are generally 35 minutes long, but many classes take two periods which ends up being a continuous 70 minutes. There is no passing period, so the actual instructional time is variable. Classes are Monday to Friday, but Monday has a flag ceremony and Friday has the afternoon Scouts program.
